What better way to end the week with a homey and mouthwatering Turkey Bacon Sandwich. I don’t what it is about this specific creation but it just works and makes this sandwich by far the best sandwich I’ve ever had. I’m not saying that because I created it, but guys, trust me, you will want seconds.
I might get a few boos but I love turkey bacon over pork bacon. I knowwwww, I knowwww I suck. I find that the turkey bacon has this juiciness that isn;t over the top and works perfect for sandwiches. Plus it’s healthier!
Anyways, I hope you guys enjoy as much as I enjoyed this sandwich because It was the best thing ever, I’m actually going to go make another one…
Turkey Bacon Sandwich
1 Chiabatta bun
4 turkey bacon strips
1 tbsp canola oil
2 slices of tomatoes
1 onion slice
In a frying pan, heat 1 tbsp of canola oil at high heat. Place your 4 turkey bacon strips and fry each side for about 1-2 mins until golden.
Place ciabatta bread sliced in half into a toaster. (toast to your liking)
Once the bread has been toasted, spread one side with mayo and the other with honey mustard with a small drizzle of Sriracha.
Then, place the fried turkey bacon, toped with 2 slices of tomatoes and a slice of onion.
Close the sandwich together and enjoy!
