Today, I made some good old Salmon. It’s healthy, versatile and simple for dinner. This recipe is a staple in my house. We make it with chicken, turkey, duck, steak. Honey mustard is such an amazing ingredient and works with almost everything.
It’s creamy, tart and tangy. The perfect balance for any protein.

Honey Mustard Salmon
1/3 cup of dijon mustard
3 tbps honey
1 tbsp mayo
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 a clementine juiced
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 420 degrees F.
In a baking pan, salt and pepper the salmon on both sides. Set aside.
In a bowl, mix the dijon mustard, honey, mayo, onion powder, juiced clementine and Italian seasoning together.
Brush the dijon mustard mix on both side of the salmon and bake in the oven for 20-25 mins until pink. Be careful not to over cook!
