Today I wanted to show you guys how I fry my eggs sunny side up. I try to have at least 1 egg a day to 1. stay full longer and 2. get that extra protein. Eggs have so good health benefits that our bodies need to function on a daily basis. If you have trouble eating eggs, try them in a sandwich form, you can scrabble them or make an omelet. There’s so many ways to make eggs work for you, you just have to try!
If you can perfect the sunny side up egg, you can perfect any egg recipe! Have fun and if it doesn’t work the first time, try again. I used over a dozen eggs to get this recipe perfect. Thank goodness I have a family that loves to eat haha!
Frying the perfect sunny side up egg
1 tbsp canola oil or olive oil
Salt and pepper for taste
You want to heat a non-stick frying pan with 1 tbsp of oil at medium heat. Add the egg and close the lid.
Once you can hear the eggs slowly frying, drop heat to low and cook for around 3-5 mins until egg is white and the center is yellow and slightly liquid.
Make sure not to get the edges fried up!!
