Canned Tuna Salad
1 can of flaked tuna
1/2 cup of purple cabbage
1/2 carrot 1 mini cucumber
Quick Creamy Dressing
Start by using a shredder and shred the carrot and cucumber into a medium sized bowl. Then chop 1 shallot into small cubes and the purple cabbage into slice. Add all the veggie ingredients into one bowl and mix. Add 1 can of flaky tuna, and 2 tbsp of the Quick Creamy Dressing and mix well.
Serve with a slice of rye bread or eat it on its own!
