Today I have a delicious and quick breakfast recipe. I find eating carbs and sweets during the morning the best way to stay in shape. Your body will lose what you ate in the mornings throughout your day walking, running errands…etc.
Since I live in Canada, our Thanksgiving is this weekend and I am so excited to show you what’s in store! I will be created a table full of recipes including my mothers famous pumpkin pie recipe.
Enjoy this recipe and don’t forget to use the hashtag #CookingWithFafa if you do try any of my recipes, I would love to see how they turned out!
1 ciabatta bread cut into cubes
1/3 cup shredded cheese or cubes of feta cheese
7 mini tomatoes
2 green onion stands
3 tbsp olive oil
Sprinkle of salt and pepper
Preheat your over to 425 degrees F and start by greasing your cooking pan with 1 tbsp of olive oil and set aside.
Start by cutting the ciabatta bread into medium sized cubes and sprinkle them into the cooking pan. Sprinkle some shredded cheese or feta cheese on top of the bread. Next, start by chopping the green onion and cutting the mini tomatoes in half and add the ingredients into the pan as well. Lastly, sprinkle some salt and pepper and into the over for 10 mins.
After the 10 mins, crack 3 eggs on top and back into the over for another 5-10 mins.
Garnish with fresh dill!
