Bacon Wrapped Asparagus And Egg Yolk Dip
12 asparagus sticks
4 turkey bacon strips
2 cup water
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Wash and cut stems of the asparagus and set aside. Take each turkey bacon strip and cut into 3 strips. Wrap 1 strip around 1 asparagus and place on a oven pan. Once all 12 asparagus sticks are wrapped, add into the oven and cook for 10-15 mins or until bacon is golden.
Start by boiling 2 cups of water in a medium sized pan. Once boiling, add two eggs and switch heat to medium (6). Boil and cook for 5 mins.
Serve with a piece of toast and garnish with salt and pepper.
