As I promised, I would be creating more interesting content for this blog. I wanted to connect food with beauty and share some of my favourite tips and tricks to getting flawless skin using natural ingredients.
I love buying different types of masks, toners and moisturizers but sometimes all you need is nature. It is so easy to make your own mask that matches what you like and want for your skin. If you want to brighten your skin, use foods like cranberries and turmeric. If you want to moisturize your skin use foods like avocados and olive oil that help your skin nourish naturally.
Here’s one of my favourite DIY mask recipes. It’s easy and so good for you!!!
Avocado Brightening and moisturizing face mask
5-7 x uses
1/4 tsp turmeric
2 tbsp water
1/2 tbsp olive oil
Place all ingredients into a magic bullet or blender and blend until smooth. Put in a jar or empty container and use when you need it.
Store in refrigerator.
